Description: Skyjacker® Nitro Shocks offer you a high quality shock absorber with true velocity sensitive valving. Shock absorbers, or spring dampers as it is called everywhere else except in the U.S., control the rate at which suspension springs compress and rebound. As the shock is pushed together, this is called bump or compression. As the shock expands, this is called rebound or extension. Absorbing the ‘shock’ of bumps and suspension loading is actually performed by the springs in the suspension. The shock’s real job is controlling the energy stored in the springs.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns: Ordered Incorrectly or Return for Credit
- Returned products are required to be in brand-new condition and include the original undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including packing inserts, plastic bags please include the original receipt with the product
- Upon contacting us customers shall receive a UPS Return label
- Ship the items back to us within seven (7) days of receiving your label
- Your refund will be processed within 3-4 days after the item has been received and inspected at our facility
- Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment
- All items are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee
- Return Shipping is paid for by the customer
- Scout od Die does not issue credit on any made to order materials/products
- Custom orders and/or special items are not eligible for return and/or exchange
- All sales are final on: Clearance, Blowout Sale, Special Deals, or any items categorized under these descriptions
